All purchases on TheVoucherStore.com are for non-tangible digital voucher codes. Once a code is delivered or revealed, it is non-refundable except under the following conditions:

  • - Non-delivery within the specified time frame.
  • - Duplicate payment.
  • - Invalid or unusable code (proven unused and verified).

Refunds, if approved, are made in USD to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

Customers must contact support@thevoucherstore.com within 24–48 hours of purchase with their order ID and evidence for review.
